Teams 4U Christmas Shoe Box Appeal 2026 🎁🎅🏻

Nikki Matthews, one of our pastoral workers, runs a shoebox appeal each year so that children in parts of the world where there is war and conflict, have a gift at Christmas which they would not otherwise have.  You can find out more about the appeal on the Teams4U website

Nikki says: “I am intending to do as many Christmas shoeboxes as possible this year. If you have any empty shoeboxes we can use, please let me know, so I can collect them, or bring them along to the Church or the Church Centre.

We will be looking to fill the boxes from the middle of October until they are transported in November. Items needed in the boxes include the following:

  • Toothbrush & toothpaste
  • Facecloth & soap
  • Small toy
  • Colouring book/notebook & coloured pens/pencils
  • Game
  • Sweets
  • Ball
  • Socks
  • Hat, scarf & gloves
  • Hairbrush & accessories

£3.50 towards the cost of transport

If you are unable to complete a full shoebox please feel free to donate any of the items above so they can be made into completed boxes. Thank you”

Any questions please contact Nikki via contactstmaryseastham@gmail.com
